MTN Nigeria has launched what it calls sub-Saharan Africa's first fully digitised self-service retail store, in Ikoyi, Lagos. This new store is expected to transform customer service and engagement, offering a new dimension to the retail experience. The store setup allows customers to locate products, explore new offerings, and resolve their queries using digital tools and kiosks. The modern design and layout of the store create a welcoming space for customers to explore and engage with MTN's innovative offerings, the operator said in a statement earlier this month.
