Idea’s Power Voucher 12 allows subscribers to make outgoing calls to Bangladesh at just Rs. 1.99 per minute. It is priced at Rs. 12 and comes with a validity of 7 days. Another Power Voucher priced at Rs. 36 offers ISD call rate of Rs. 1.99 per minute and comes with a validity of 30 days from the day of activation.
Idea has rolled out these two innovative ISD vouchers for several thousands of Bangladeshi Nationals who visit Kolkata for Medical consultation, Shopping and Business purposes every month and need to connect with their friends and family members back home at affordable rates. The offer is also available for other Idea subscribers based in Kolkata & West Bengal who make frequent calls to Bangladesh.
In a bid to propagate this innovative and cost effective ISD coupon amongst the visiting Bangladeshis, Idea has tied up with the largest transport company operating between Kolkata and Bangladesh for distribution of leaflets carrying all the emergency and utility numbers along with provision of Idea SIM cards and Recharge Coupons in the buses plying at the Indo – Bangla border.
