While Idea Cellular has opted for Flipkart, Vodafone India has gone with Amazon India. Both the operators are providing a broad range of offers on a variety of best-selling 4G smartphones.

Idea prepaid customers upgrading to a 4G smartphone will get a special recharge of Rs. 356 and Rs. 191. Both the offers provide decent data benefits. Idea customers who recharge with Rs. 356 will get 30 GB of 4G data with no daily data limit, and unlimited local and national voice calling for one month.

With the Rs. 191 recharge, Idea customers will get 10GB of data with no daily limit on their new smartphones. These deals are available exclusively on Flipkart on a range of 4G smartphone models like Lenovo, Micromax, Motorola, and Panasonic, priced in the range of Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 25,000. The best part with these offers from Idea is that they are valid for both existing as well as new Idea customers.

Coming to the Vodafone's offer, it is offering up to 45GB free data with a purchase of Amazon Exclusive smartphone. Here's how it works: After purchasing a new smartphone, insert your Vodafone 4G SIM card in it. Immediately, Vodafone will send an activation message as 'You are eligible for Vodafone Amazon Buy 1GB or above pack & get 9GB for five recharge with a maximum validity of five months.'

The best part of Vodafone's offer is that it will be valid for both prepaid and postpaid customers. In the case of a prepaid connection, recharge with 1GB or above the pack and the 9GB additional data will be added automatically to your account. In the event of a postpaid connection, the subscriber has to have 1GB or above rental plans activated on his number to get the additional 9GB 4G data. If a customer has more than 1GB pack, the free data will be credited within 48 hours to his account.

Both the operators offer services on pan India basis. The Vodafone offer will be valid only for customers purchasing a smartphone between May 11, 2017, to June 30, 2017.
