Airtel Launches Prepaid 2G services in Zero Point and Tenga Valley

Bharti Airtel has rolled out its 2G services on prepaid in Bomdila, Jameri, Zero Point and Tenga Valley making it the first private telecom operator to set foot in the region.

Airtel Customers can now remain connected to their loved ones by recharging with packs priced as low as Rs. 10 and enjoy never before mobile services with Airtel's world class voice and data offerings.




C Surendran, CEO - North Eastern States and Assam, Bharti Airtel said, "We are proud to connect citizens in Bomdila, Jameri, Zero Point and Tenga Valley in Arunachal Pradesh to the rest of the world. The deployment of network at one of the most treacherous terrain in the country will help natives and tourists stay connected all the time on Airtel's superior 2G network and leverage the power of mobile internet and other services.

Airtel is committed to extend its services across the country and is the only private telecom operator to connect the farthest destinations on the network coverage map of the nation including treacherous terrains of Kargil, Leh, Ladakh and now Arunachal Pradesh.
