Mobile operator 3 Denmark has announced the installation of a new 5G mast in Brarup, in the Skive municipal district at the base of the Salling Peninsula in Central Jutland. "This new mast will provide more of 3 Denmark's customers with access to ultra-fast internet and significantly faster upload and download speeds for both mobile phones and mobile broadband," the operator said.

Nationwide 5G Expansion Plans
The company is currently expanding its high-speed 5G network across the country. The company is constructing over 900 new masts nationwide to further strengthen the network. The new infrastructure will benefit businesses, residents, and visitors in Skive alike.
"We are working intensively to set up 5G equipment at all our existing mast locations, so it is a pleasure to see that we can make a positive difference for residents and visitors in Skive by enhancing the 5G network," said 3 Denmark.
"This not only provides 3 Denmark’s customers in the area with faster internet on their mobile devices and at home but also positively impacts the local business community by enabling the use of 5G-based technology in their operations."

Recent Upgrades on Langeland
Earlier in August, 3 Denmark announced an upgrade to its 5G services on Langeland, an island located between the Great Belt and the Bay of Kiel, and has installed a new mast in Emmerboelle.
