    Manil :
PD pls discuss Bloodline Club…this is a massive social initiative..and what i personally like is that its not restircted to docomo customers or india for that matter…this is a worldwide service..awesome

Agreed to your views in toto. I did deviate from the issue only because how could one feel dejected when all of a sudden find his contact number go out of service soon after it was accepted by a new operator thru MNP !

IT is good initiative for a SOCIAL CAUSE !

But it seems Docomo is least interested in its mandated services. Like vodafone, docomo too has started playing dirty tricks with MNPed subscribers. After porting-in, the subscribers’ lines are put into OUT OF SERVICE on the basis of technicality like discrepancy in documents- “date”, time of PUC/activation etc. One of my customer’s number is abruptly deactivated. In fact its was ok while with vodafone and immediately after accepting it was disconnected with flimsy reason.

To add to the woes, even after submitting another set of documents 4 days back the number is STILL OUT OF SERVICE. Every efforts to reasoning is cleverly avoided by retailers desk of mumbai ! Are u listening@ the customers helpline ?
