Agreed to your views in toto. I did deviate from the issue only because how could one feel dejected when all of a sudden find his contact number go out of service soon after it was accepted by a new operator thru MNP !

IT is good initiative for a SOCIAL CAUSE ! But it seems Docomo is least interested in its mandated services. Like vodafone, docomo too has started playing dirty tricks with MNPed subscribers. After porting-in, the subscribers’ lines are put into OUT OF SERVICE on the basis of technicality like discrepancy in documents- “date”, time of PUC/activation etc. One of my customer’s number is abruptly deactivated. In fact its was ok while with vodafone and immediately after accepting it was disconnected with flimsy reason.
