    @ Jitendra ->

    LOOP Mobile exhibits those details on their site for a hell lot of time. I’m seeing it for past 1.5 years. I dont think they will start any service pan India. Now DoT has also slammed them with exhorbitant fine, since they have not started their services across 21 circles before 31st Dec, 2009. I think LOOP Mobile’s licenses will be cancelled and they will continue with their services only in Mumbai.

    Its not a fake news!! You can find all information here at http://www.loopmobile.in/loop_telecom.htm
    Due to some regulatory issues Loop Mobile is not able to kick off its services. But hope that they will launch soon as DoT and TRAI woke up!

    NeaL Pradeep, once again check that link which you mention to justify your point, it was for 8 circles not for pan India as you said in this news, Loop officially never announced their pan india launch so i dint think there was any regulatory issues to launch the service.

    Where are you getting 8 circles??? 21 circles………clearly written…….check out again.

    Both of you are right friends. They have mentioned 21 circles in their welcome note while you find only 8 circle when you click on the box provided for circle.

    BPL Mobile/Loop Mobile is not yet launched in Maharashtra with its new license.Old mobile phones still display the Vodafone network as BPL Mobile. The Old BPL Mobile network was acquired by Vodafone Essar.

    Bhushan bro u r entering into Maharashatra operator band area means STD thats way u charge 1 rs.
    If u have vodafone from mumbai area and enter in same location then vodafone charge 1rs/ min.
    If u travel from Panvel to khopoli then Vodafone is converted into BPL MOBILE with same charge 1rs/min.

    LOOP MOBILE signals are there in TN & Kerala for more than a year.. They have soft-launched in TN 16 months back in TN, means NO SIM sold, NO AD, BUT USING passive-infra of other operators to show their signals in air-waves so that Govt can’t cancel its license..

    SAYING THAT, LOOP MOBILE IS LAUNCHING PAN-INDIA is nothing more than a MAD JOKE… Let them first Launch in MAH & GOA, so that atleast its decade old Mumbai customers are charged Locally in their same state..

    They don’t have guts, that is very much needed in current neck-tight competition… Still better way is selling their licenses to some big company like S-Tel, who have guts and NO PAN-INDIA license…

    i m using loop mobile from past 3 years.
    But for above plan i think there is no daily rental charge. Instead of this they increase installation price.

    Daily rental of 1 will become big flop because now customers are getting very low tariffs wit zero rental. And i dont think tat loops Ngip technology will help because many operators are already using tat technology

    this is not a good offer from Loop mobile besides there is a daily rental. they have to introduce customer centric offers. otherwise it is going to be waste if they launch Pan -India and no one will buy the sim at the rates mentioned
