Huawei unveiled the world’s smallest data card – the E369 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012.
Measuring a mere 8mm thin, the E369 data card is part of Huawei’s thinnest product portfolio, which includes the world’s thinnest PC/CE module MU733 and MU739, the world’s thinnest mobile hotspot E5331 and the world’s thinnest smartphone Ascend P1 S.
The E369, created for UMTS 5 module global roaming, boasts a super slim chic design and is available in eight different colors. The MU733 and MU739, the world’s slimmest PC/CE modules, are less than 2mm slim. The MU739 in particular measures only 600mm2, making it the world’s smallest PA+ module.
Not only are the MU733 and MU739 smaller and thinner than existing modules in the market, they consume less power and dissipate less heat. They can be widely employed in PC/CE electronic equipment, such as laptops, smart phones, tablet PCs, e-books, navigating devices and PDAs.
Huawei Device will launch E5331, the world’s slimmest mobile hotspot in May.

@Sudhakar
Well said my friend !
Reliance or Photon or any other all are in the same boat ! TRAI should also do some random checks for DATA connectivity speeds, below 90 % of advertized speed should be answerable to TRAI.

This data card is useless for a technologically slum country like India where operators provide only 85 to 90% bandwidth while charging the customers for 100% bandwidth.
For example :
‘The actual speed of a 3G connection having a maximum speed of 3.6 Mbps in most of the operators in India do not even cross 2 Mbps. That too it will always vary frequently between 1 and 2 Mbps’. Then think about the situation of the GPRS and EDGE users !!!!.
Do not say that it depends on network factors if you cannot even provide 98% bandwidth to a customer you can surrender 3G license first. Then after some days surrender the 2G license also. Finally buy pigeons and ask the customers to send the messages by tieing the matter in their legs !!!!!!!. Who knows you will even impose FUP on the number of pigeons that a subscriber can use per day !!!!!!!!!!!. LOL LOL LOL.

No use of launching Huawei E392 in India where the speed of a 3.6 Mbps 3G connection does not even reach 2 Mbps.
Not only this, even in CDMA (1x, EVDO all revisions, etc) none of the mobile providers give atleast 90% bandwidth when paying the cost of 100%.
Note :
2nd para (above) will apply for even GPRS, EDGE and 3G providers.

Those who have used huawei products will know that their products are of sub-standard quality. It’s data cards have been known for over-heating issues. I personally use huawei e1732 data card and it gets unbearably hot many times. So far it has not burnt the sim card. I fear that one day i’ll forget removing it from the usb drive and find it melted the next morning.
