Nokia Siemens Networks will soon deploy CEM Platform For Airtel and this is first implementation of its kind in India to enrich data services experience.
The CEM platform which is also know as Customer Experience Management platform will will maintain and store real-time experience metrics for every subscriber in the network enabling Bharti Airtel to proactively cater to customer needs.
Jagbir Singh, director network group at Bharti Airtel cites “The implementation of CEM is an added impetus to our constant endeavor of offering best in class service experience to our customers across GSM, EDGE and 3G networks.It will enable us to identify the root cause of a problem and rectify the same before the subscriber experiences any impairment in service delivery. This will clearly help us maintain an edge in the mobile broadband arena.”

DB, Agree, but can’t help it ! The big red rectangle is an eye-sore. They could at least cut major (chunks- 40%) of in red-strips from left & right and still carry the text and ……?

Come what may, most of us really miss the old logo of AirTel ! The present logo is loathsome and create an anti-WAVE !

CEM can allow RESTORATION OF SERVICE and also RESTRICT SERVICE too, if a certain customer is using HIGH DATA VOLUMES !!
