in kerala videocon is providing gulf calls at 8p/sec for 23stv… Hope it is the cheapest in industry for gulf calls…

nice. All New entrants like docomo, uninor, videocon have pushed the market to a new tariff level. uninor is offering discount on per sec call, a unique way of course.
