Zooplus Partners With Infosys for AI-Powered E-Commerce Transformation
Infosys has announced a strategic partnership with the online e-commerce company Zooplus to enhance its service scalability and capabilities. Zooplus is a pet platform in Europe based in Munich, Germany. As part of the collaboration, Zooplus will leverage Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering powered by generative AI technologies, to drive innovation, improve its e-commerce capabilities, and enhance operational efficiency.

Establishment of a Global Capability Center

The collaboration will establish a state-of-the-art Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, Infosys said in a statement on Thursday. The initiative will also help Zooplus improve its marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain capabilities. It will support zooplus by enhancing its expertise in product management, technology, quality, design, and engineering, as well as setting up a new order management system.
