When it comes to postpaid offerings, it's almost impossible to beat Vodafone India. The telco has been aggressively partnering with other service providers to offer additional benefits with its RED range of postpaid plans. Giving another option for the consumers to choose Vodafone RED postpaid plans, the UK-based telco has now partnered with Zomato and providing free Zomato Gold membership to the subscribers. As you might be aware of, Vodafone's RED range of postpaid plans start at Rs 399 and go all the way up to Rs 2,999. And the plans priced above Rs 499 will come with free Zomato Gold membership for six months. For the unaware, Zomato Gold is a premium membership introduced by Zomato last year and it offers additional perks for the users. Vodafone has introduced this offer on the occasion of International Women's Day.

Zomato Gold Offer with Vodafone RED Postpaid Detailed

First of all, it's worth noting that the Zomato Gold membership comes with only the Vodafone RED postpaid plans priced above Rs 499. Notably, the telco is shipping free Amazon Prime membership with even the Rs 399 postpaid plan, but that's not the case with Zomato Gold membership. Furthermore, the Zomato Gold membership which the Vodafone postpaid customers will get comes with a validity of six months. If you're on a Vodafone RED postpaid plan priced at Rs 499 and more, then you'll eligible for free Zomato Gold membership for six months.

However, the best part is Vodafone even providing Zomato Gold membership with the Rs 499 postpaid plan. Sadly, this offer is available only for Vodafone's new postpaid users opting for plans priced above Rs 499.

"The offer provides for six months free Zomato Gold Membership by Zomato Media Private Limited to Eligible Subscribers," says Vodafone.

How to Activate Zomato Gold Membership via Vodafone RED Postpaid Plan?

If you're on a Vodafone RED eligible postpaid plan for Zomato Gold and looking for an activation process, well you're on the right place. If you're eligible for the Zomato Gold offer, Vodafone will send you a unique invite code post successful SIM activation (since the offer is valid only for new users). After receiving the code, download the Zomato app and tap on the Zomato Gold banner.

Once you're on the Zomato Gold page, enter the unique invite code received in the SMS and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase. The Zomato Gold membership will be valid for a period of six months from the date of activations, says Vodafone.

Vodafone Continues to Lead the Postpaid Segment

In the current scenario, there's no reason for a telecom subscriber to be on postpaid because the offerings on prepaid are much more affordable. However, telcos are trying to grab consumers attention by providing various offers. Starting with Netflix and Amazon Prime memberships, Vodafone is now offering Zomato Gold membership for six months to its subscribers, providing them with another reason to choose the telco.

Talking about the offerings, Vodafone is currently shipping Amazon Prime membership worth Rs 999 for one year all of its postpaid plans including the Rs 399 one. Coming to Netflix membership, users can avail it with the Vodafone RED postpaid plans priced over Rs 999. Additionally, all the Vodafone postpaid plans come with free Vodafone Play subscription and other coupons as well.
