Vivo, one of the largest smartphone players in the Indian market, is set to launch a new affordable mid-range phone Vivo Y300. It is rumoured to come with notable ugprades in specifications over the previous generation Vivo Y200. The design of the phone has been teased by the brand online. But no official launch date has been confirmed and neither have the specifications been shared. Regardless, the rumour mill has laid out what we can expect from the device. On top of this, while we may not know the exact date of the launch, the device is slated to arrive by the end of this month.
Also, Vivo X200 series which has already launched in China, is making its way to the Indian market soon. Two devices that are expected to come to the market are Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro, said a Mobile91 report. The report also mentioned that the Vivo X200 Pro Mini will not come to India. The specifications will largely be the same as the China variant. The Vivo X200 series will debut the first 200MP Telephoto lens in India.

Vivo Y300 is likely to come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, FHD+ resolution (1080x2400 pixels) and support for 120Hz refresh rate. The device could feature a dual-camera setup, with a 50MP primary sensor, and an 8MP secondary-sensor. For selfies, there's likely going to be a 32MP sensor.

The device will likely be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. In the battery department, there will likely be a 5000mAh battery and an 80W fast-charging. These are compelling specifications, and thus it is likely going to be a major competitor in the offline segment.
