Telefonica Tech has announced the launch of an enterprise GenAI platform aiming to help businesses leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for a wide range of applications, including customisable virtual assistants capable of solving complex queries, task automation, and process optimisation. According to the official release, the new Telefonica Tech GenAI Platform, developed in collaboration with Altostratus, offers a Plug and Play solution that enables organisations to quickly integrate advanced versions of the Large Language Models (LLMs) without complex configurations, while keeping data securely within their own infrastructure.

Telefonica Tech GenAI Platform
Telefonica said that the 'Telefonica Tech GenAI Platform' is a multi-model technology (both open source and proprietary models) and offers the possibility of comparing them in terms of cost, performance and latency.
Key features of the Telefonica Tech GenAI Platform include:
Scalability and Security: It can integrate with existing business systems and data repositories while maintaining compliance with regional regulations, including the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (RIA).
Customisation: Businesses can tailor the platform to meet specific needs, including handling complex queries, improving customer service, and optimising internal workflows.
Multi-Model and Real-Time Monitoring: The platform supports both open-source and proprietary models, allowing businesses to compare options based on performance, cost, and latency.
Agnostic and Versatile: It is compatible with various technologies and can connect through APIs to adapt to different operational needs.

Expanding Telefonica's AI Capabilities
