Tata Sky Binge Service

Tata Sky is one of the most successful Direct-to-Home (DTH) platforms in the history of India. The DTH company has been very innovative with its services and has helped Indians consume satellite television content with convenience. But the satellite TV era is slowly fading away. More and more people in the urban areas are shifting to over-the-top (OTT) platforms for consuming entertainment content. Almost every channel company is also looking to bundle its services into an OTT package such as Sony, Star, and more. While subscribing to one OTT Platform is affordable for many, subscribing to multiple isn’t very pocket friendly. Especially if that includes Netflix, which is very expensive. Thus, the Tata Sky Binge service can be of great help to you in this regard. Here’s what you should know about it.

Tata Sky Binge Service Is Bundling OTT Applications for You

If you are worried about paying for different OTT platforms, Tata Sky has solved that issue for you with the ‘Tata Sky Binge’ service. It was announced way back in 2019 and has evolved into something better now. The company started by offering a plan of Rs 249 per month, which was then bumped up to Rs 299 per month.

Note that initially, the service wasn’t as appealing because it only offered content from very few platforms. But in 2021, Tata Sky Binge service offers users content from 11 different OTT platforms, including Amazon Prime Video.

The company offers two different plans to the users which come for Rs 149 and Rs 299. The Rs 299 plan is something you should go for if you want to consume content from every platform. However, if you want to watch from fewer platforms and are okay with consuming all of the content on your mobile phone, you can go for the Rs 149 plan from the company.

The OTT platforms include Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, ZEE5 Premium, Voot Select, Hungama Play, and more. In 2021, getting the Rs 299 plan for watching OTT content directly on your TV from multiple platforms is not a bad deal. In fact, the company will provide you with a Fire TV Stick - Tata Edition without any cost. The only money you will have to pay will be for the plan. Purchasing standalone subscriptions of even three to four of these platforms for a year would make you pay around Rs 3,000 or more, which is very expensive. Thus, the Tata Sky Binge service makes more sense in 2021 than ever.
