Trai auction recommendations out, suggests Rs 11,485 crore per Mhz for 700 Mhz band

Foxconn in pact with Spirent for VoLTE voice, video-enabled mobile phones

Foxconn, the largest OEM device manufacturer of mobile handsets, has inked an agreement with Spirent Communications, a VoIP developer, in order to deliver mobile phones embedded with VoLTE voice and video calling capabilities. Vodafone may acquire You Broadband in Rs 400 crore deal: Report

BSNL gears up for soft launch of 4G LTE services in Chandigarh today

RCom will have to pay Rs 5,600 crore for freeing 800 Mhz spectrum to DoT

The Department of Telecom (DoT) has asked telecom operator Reliance Communications (RCom) to pay Rs 5,600 crore for liberalizing 800 Mhz spectrum in 16 circles, according to media reports.
