Just ahead of the official announcement of the upcoming Motorola Moto E, its official images have been leaked. The back of the Moto E resembles to that of Moto X and the Moto G but it lacks a camera flash unit. There are a couple of sensors on the front but seems like lacks the front-facing camera as well, unless it is hiding beside the proximity sensor. The silver line below the 4.3 inch touchscreen seems to be a loudspeaker unit.

*typo in the article “and a 1980 mAh camera” it should be battery 🙂

Here is a comparison between moto e and its nearest competitor Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 in the branded segment. *Chipset:-Now this is somewhat controversial and the final winner can only be put out once the chipset being used is actually known. For now all we know is that the chipset being used is a Qualcomm Snapdragon.Even if Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 is used one will only get a dual core cortex A7 processor and ardeno 302 GPU whereas Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 comes with a broadcomm chipset which is dual core cortex A9 and has video core 4 GPU which… Read more »

Hey man star Samsung scored there 2 things……..

1. Ram if u don’t have Atleast 1GB it’s a dump….

2. None of the chip in this world are in par with Qualcomm

I done a big mistake suggested Samsung trend to my mom and learned how waste it is when compared with Sony tipo…..

*I agree that 1GB of ram is good and that’s why have I given Motorola a point in that segment(RAM). *I agree that Qualcomm’s chipsets are the best in quality when it comes to android but in the lower end of the price segment if you completely rely on the quality of Qualcomm chipsets you will end up having a Qualcomm chipset with less raw power compared to chipsets from mediatek, nvidia and broadcomm at the same price point. The ENd result of having a lower powered Qualcomm chipset would be significant compromise on performance given that android is a power demanding… Read more »

@ rama i don’t know if you have copy pasted this.. but i stopped reading after your first para as it is wrong.. Chipset – Moto E has a snapdragon 200 with dual core Cortex A7 and Adreno 305 .. yes it is 305 Don’t believe me go and check benchmarks of Xperia E1 it has the same chipset and the performance is same as adreno 305 secondly samsung has shitty old cortex A9 cpu of weakest quality.. these newer cortex A7 are much much faster than old cortex A9 the gpu is broadcom Gpu and it performs only 50… Read more »

*Sony Xperia E1 has a Adreno 302 gpu and not Adreno 305.The same can be checked by referring GSM Arena

*Last this comment has not been copied from any possible website. If you can show me the link of a website that has made a comparison in a similar manner before May 10, 2014 9:59 pm then I will stop commenting at Telecom Talk.

*For a comparison between A7 and A9 you can refer the link given below

*If you want more info on processors start reading anand tech.

arey @rama dnt say that i will never comment on tt . ur comments r worth reading then the article itself .
ignore yar.

*Thanks bro and yeah if I have to copy something from a website I actually prefer pasting the link to the website rather than actually copying the content and pasting it over here at Telecom Talk.

Lol at your comment advising me on go and read anandtech haha well that what happens when you just read the specsheet and come up with conclusions and if you were on TDF and knew about me you wouldn’t have questioned me at all.. and giving a yahoo answers link in support of your statement gives an impression you have never yourself visited anandtech like tech sites.. so i would suggest you do that .. for your reference i am a regular reader of that site from past 3 years.. i can write full 1 page article and explain you… Read more »
