my-airtel-my-offer-telecomtalkAirtel has introduced a unique initiative called My Airtel My Offer which enables the prepaid customers to know various offers suiting their individual requirements without having to receive all kinds of SMSs.

My Airtel My Offer is a service platform that will assist the Airtel prepaid user to choose the best available product/service across tariff packages, recharge denominations, validity periods, value-added service and any other local promotional offer currently available on the Airtel network.




The products and offers have been customized to meet the requirements of Airtel customers on the basis of their past usage behaviors,current recharge behavior and VAS preferences.

Customers can dial 12131(toll free) and listen to offer of the day in Marathi, Hindi and English.To avail this service, Airtel Prepaid customers can dial a toll free number - 12131 from their mobile. The IVR also has the capability to provide the caller with the option of choosing their local language while interacting with the IVR. This facility is not available while a customer is roaming.

According to Raghunath Mandava, chief marketing officer, mobile services, Airtel, "Based on an understanding of customers' usage behavior and further aided by technology and systems, My Airtel My Offer service has been developed with a unique ability to suggest the right product/offer to each customer within Airtel’s network.
