Reliance Retail has been aggressively expanding their product portfolio by launching Lyf smartphones now and then. The company recently launched the Lyf F1s smartphone in India at Rs. 9,599 and it is the cheapest smartphone right now in the country to feature a Snapdragon 652 chipset. It now looks like the company is set to unveil a new smartphone under the same Lyf lineup. Dubbed as the Lyf Water 7S, the smartphone is listed on the company’s official site and will be an upgrade to the Lyf Water 7.

The Lyf Water 7S features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with the MiraVision display technology for enhanced picture output. At the heart of the phone, we are looking at the MediaTek MT6753 SoC, coupled with 3GB of RAM to handle the system operations. There is 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

Apart from these specifications, Reliance is touting the phone as ‘Future Ready’ and comes bundled with the company’s Jio free services in the form of ‘Jio Happy New Year’ offer till March 31. Also, with every Lyf phone, the company is giving extended warranty for one year, and the Water 7S is no exception.
