We saw Airtel launch a new Airtel Thanks benefit scheme for its subscribers which is a tier based customer programme to reward the most loyal subscribers of the telco. As part of this programme, consumers enjoy exclusive benefits and very attractive deals. However, what’s interesting to note is that Idea has also got a similar scheme for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers which is not known to many people. In this piece, we are going to be looking at the privilege programme for Idea prepaid subscribers.
