Apple has not made revelations about the exact launch date of the Apple Watch, though the reports claim that it will be somewhere in the starting of 2015. Now, Economic Times has reported that the Apple Watch could be launched in India in the month of February.
The tentative launch in February stays in sync with earlier reports which suggest that it might be done on Valentine’s Day (February 14). A little while back, Apple’s Retail SVP Angela Ahrendts told the retail employees in a video message that the Apple Watch will be coming in spring.

Even though Indian wearable market is not large, experts believe that a device like Apple Watch could give it the much desired push. Around one lakh units of wearable devices were sold this year, and with a right strategy the market has the potential to grow five times more.
In terms of the pricing, Apple watch won’t suit budget buyers. While Apple announced that prices will start at $349, recent reports claim that the stainless steel variant of the Apple Watch will be priced around $500 and the gold variant will be priced anywhere between $4,000 and $5,000.
