Airtel Exclusive Poco C61 4G Smartphone: Availability and Key Details
Bharti Airtel brings another exclusive affordable 4G smartphone in partnership with Poco. As reported by TelecomTalk last year, Airtel, in partnership with Poco, brought the Airtel Exclusive Poco C51 at a price of Rs 5,999. Now, the company brings the Airtel Exclusive Poco C61 4G smartphone, which is an upgrade to the previous version, to users looking for an affordable 4G smartphone experience.

Airtel Exclusive Handset Bundling

Airtel reaffirmed its device strategy earlier, clarifying that the company does not want to venture into the smartphone business segment with its own device. However, the company will partner with smartphone brands and bundle Airtel Exclusive devices at an affordable price. We believe, the launch of the Poco C61 device aligns with this approach, offering an upgraded experience for users.

Airtel Exclusive Poco C61 Availability

Poco India announced the launch of the Airtel Exclusive Poco C61 smartphone at a price of Rs 5,999 on Flipkart. The sale of the device starts on July 17, 2024, which is tomorrow (Wednesday) from 12 pm onwards.

Poco C61 Specifications

The Poco C61 features a MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core processor, expandable storage up to 1TB, up to 6GB RAM, a 6.71-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, an 8MP AI dual camera with time-lapse video, a 5MP front camera, a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Poco C61 box contents include the handset, a 10W charger, USB cable, and a SIM eject tool. The handset supports LTE (B40, B41, B1, B3, B5, B8, B28), WCDMA (B1, B5, B8), and 2G (B2, B3, B5, B8) networks.

Airtel Exclusive Data Benefit

Under this partnership, the Poco C61 will be available at an additional 7.5 percent discount (up to Rs 750 off), and customers need to use the phone with an Airtel Prepaid SIM for 18 months. Other e-commerce/card offers are also applicable on purchasing the device.

Additionally, Airtel prepaid users can benefit from an extra 50GB of data as part of this exclusive offer. Once the customer purchases the device, inserts an Airtel prepaid SIM, and successfully connects to the Airtel network, the user will receive five monthly coupons of 10GB each. The data coupons can be claimed via the Airtel Thanks App, under the Rewards section.
