Aircel introduces home delivery for SIM cards

Aircel, one of India’s leading telecom players, in the endeavor to make customers better accessible of its services, launched home delivery service of SIM cards. The customers can simply log on to www.aircel.com/newsim , enter the details and make the payment through online option to order a SIM card.

Sim-deliveredThe service is available for its Delhi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata and Mumbai circles. This service is Aircel’s second new launch for this financial year.




On April 1st, Aircel launched ‘My Aircel’ app for android users, which enables the subscribers to recharge prepaid numbers, view tariffs for different plans and to contact the customer care. With integration of helpline numbers and contact details of Appellate authority, it has moved one step ahead in customer service enhancement.

Other operators like Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance have similar apps for their subscribers and with this app, Aircel too reached in par with its competitors.

My First Internet’ was another recent launch from Aircel this year. The service targets at the first time internet users across the country, specifically to help them to choose a suitable internet pack.

Overall, Aircel seems to concentrate on better customer service this year.
