ACT Fibernet today announced a new plan of Rs 1149 for the residents in Bengaluru city. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) claims this plan as a 'complete home entertainment package. It unveiled this plan with a vision to become the most admired in-home entertainment ISP. This plan is currently available only for the residents in Bengaluru city, and the company did not reveal its plans to introduce the plan in other cities.
The ACT Entertainment broadband plan is announced in partnership with leading entertainment providers such as HOOQ, Yupp TV, and FastFilmz. As per ACT Fibernet, this plan "offers a lot of entertainment content that will meet the complete entertainment needs of the customer."
Under the new ACT Entertainment broadband plan, residents of Bengaluru can enjoy a large selection of English, Hindi, and regional movies, exclusive TV shows and live TV channels. Customers can enjoy the content at 75 Mbps speed along with a monthly FUP of 160GB.
Currently, ACT Fibernet is offering the content from HOOQ, Yupp TV, Hungama, ALT Balaji on a special monthly subscription. However, customers choosing the all-new ACT Entertainment plan will not have to choose any of these services individually.
All they have to do is to register for the applicable service only one for the plan through the company's website, app or via the call centre. After registering, they can access unlimited entertainment content without incurring extra charges for any of the VAS services.
Speaking of the new plan, Mr Sandeep Gupta, Chief Operating Office, ACT Fibernet commented,” Video streaming and watching live TV has exponentially gained momentum amongst millions of Indian users today. It is unknown when ACT will be launching this new plan in other major cities such as Hyderabad.
