Vodafone has revised its Rs 129 prepaid plan across all the circles where it’s offering the plan. The Rs 129 prepaid recharge from Vodafone now offers 2GB of data for 28 days, which is an increase from the earlier 1.5GB data benefit. Vodafone seems to have made this change to match Bharti Airtel, which is also providing Rs 129 prepaid plan as an open market one across the country. Vodafone is now providing Rs 129 prepaid plan across all the 22 telecom circles where it has operations. Earlier, Vodafone provided this plan in only select circles, but it has now been modified as an open market plan, another move that’s aimed to match Bharti Airtel. Except for the increased data benefit, the validity and other benefits of the plan remain the same.

Vodafone Rs 129 Prepaid Recharge: What it Offers?
After the revision, Vodafone’s Rs 129 prepaid plan ships with 2GB of 2G/3G/4G data, unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit and 300 SMSes for the entire validity period. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days. This plan is very useful for users who are looking for minimal data benefit and heavy voice calling as there’s no FUP limit on calling. Also, Vodafone customers can recharge this plan to keep their mobile number active because the company introduced minimum recharge scheme last year.
To recall, Vodafone introduced the Rs 129 prepaid plan in February this year with 1.5GB data benefit and unlimited calling benefits. Later on, the company added SMS benefit to the plan, and now, it has increased the data benefit by 500MB to match Bharti Airtel. As mentioned above, Vodafone’s Rs 129 prepaid plan is valid across all the telecom circles where it has operations.
