Airtel 4G Hotspot Can Now Be Purchased from Amazon India for Rs 999

Airtel 4G Hotspot, the rival to Reliance JioFi can now be officially purchased from Amazon India for Rs 999. So far, Airtel has been selling the 4G Hotspot device on its online store, but from now customers will be able to purchase the device from e-commerce portal Amazon. Airtel announced the announced the availability of Airtel 4G Hotspot device on Amazon exactly a month ago alongside the official price cut.

In December 2017, Airtel permanently slashed the price of the Airtel 4G Hotspot to Rs 999, in order to put it against the Reliance JioFi hotspot device. To recall, Reliance Jio slashed the price of JioFi M2S router in September 2017, making it an affordable purchase at Rs 999. However, the permanent price cut from Airtel has become a worry for Reliance Jio now.

Airtel 4G Hotspot Specifications and Features
The Airtel 4G Hotspot is manufactured by Chinese vendor Huawei, and it allows customers to create a Wi-Fi hotspot zone wherever they go. It allows users to connect up to 10 devices at the same time, which doesn't match JioFi as it can connect up to 31 devices at the same time. The Airtel 4G Hotspot has a 1500mAh battery inside, which is rated to deliver more than six hours of battery life.

This Airtel 4G Hotspot device works only with Airtel 4G SIM SIM card. Another best part of the Airtel 4G Hotspot is that it will switch to the 3G network automatically if there’s no 4G network availability in a particular area.

Airtel 4G Hotspot Tariff Plans
The tariff plans for Airtel 4G Hotspot start at Rs 499 per month and goes all the way up to Rs 12,000 for a yearly pack. Airtel is also providing exciting offers such as 1GB data per day currently with some of its plans. For example, the Rs 499 plan for the hotspot device gives 1GB data per day for an entire month, on top of the standard 5GB data offered by the base pack.

Besides Amazon, Airtel 4G Hotspot can also be purchased on all the leading Airtel retail stores and also on Airtel Online Store.

I don't know whether it's cap or not. Sometimes, speeds doesn't cross 100Mbps. Stuck at 80-85Mbps. And sometimes crazy good…
