MTNL Launches India’s Most Affordable Broadband Plan at Rs.49

In an initiative to provide Broadband Internet service at affordable cost to every one, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), the number one broadband and telecom service provider, today announced breakthrough—a first-of-its-kind with the launch of new Broadband plan at just Rs.49 per month with free downloads of 200 MB for Mumbai telecom circle.

MTNL which is the largest Broadband service providers in Mumbai always provide an affordable broadband Internet service with its transparent billing without any hidden cost. MTNL’s new low cost broadband plan of Rs.49 is lowest tariff In India to get the maximum 2 mbps high speed broadband Internet connectivity.




When MTNL launched its Broadband services on the latest technology (ADSL 2+) in India, people were skeptical as it was the latest in the world and MTNL was the second company in the world to launch this technology. Today, MTNL account for over 90 per cent of the total Broadband Market in Delhi and Mumbai. MTNL is also responsible for bringing down broadband tariffs in India.
