Airtel nowadays is the best operator in my opinion.Once airtel deducted rs.100 for unwanted reasons.But when i called them and told they refunded the amount back to my main balance.I was very satisfied.I like airtel more nowadays.

For me it’s only for good network coverage. At present I am becically using Aircel. Any where, where Aircel’s network is not available I am using Airtel till. Any how when the pulse rate goes 2rs/min I think tnen promo tariff should be recharged by all Airtel customers all over India,me too.

Only Airtel Lovers Like you are Saying Like this. Airtel is Termed as the Worst Service Provider in Kerala and Apart from That The Service is Extremely Horrible @ Shabarimala Where Airtel Signal is Very Bad. BSNL and Other Operators are Having Better Coverage Than That of Airtel in Kerala

From last 4 years I am using Airtel & I proudly said that I am Airtel customer.They never charged me without my permission. The best call quality not a single call drop, also good quality in driving mode.All my villagers use airtel as their main operator.

I was an Airtel customer almost 4 years back, loved it for its awesome 2G speed.
Once I lost 200 Rs. from my main balance on using Mobile Office.(all the settings were right.)
Same thing happened with my other friend too the next day.
We both broke and threw our Airtel SIMs. and pledged that we’ll never ever use Airtel again and will neither let others use it.
later on, I pledged to never ever use Vodafone after they deducted Rs.30 from my main balance twice.
Now using Tata Docomo for calling and BSNL for better network.

I’m using it only for data. It is costly but getting unlimited @ 198 while others are giving same or 1.5 @ 98 which is very less. other than that I don’t like Airtel

IN DELHI…..BEFOR I M USING VODA THEY GOOD IN NETWORK BUT NOT GOOD IN TRAIFF OR OFFER…..BUT THEN I PORT OUT IN AIRTEL…VERY GOOD IN NETWORK OR 2G OR 3G SPEED….NO CALL DROPS…NO NETWORK ISSUE…I USE ONLY 3G BCZ SPEED IS AWSM THEY GIVEN 6 MBPS IN DOWN..OR 1.45 MBPS IN UPLOAD….I USE 150 THEY GIVEN 500 MB 2G OR 500 MB 3G THAT IS GOOD…2G SPEED IS ALSO GOOD SPEED…MY 2ND SIM IS AIRCEL IS ONLY FOR CHEAP CALL RATE…..

and in our gujarat airtel have good network but not like idea and vodafone and the services of airtel is good but main issue is wrongly deduction of money.. i see since 2004
every customer shouted for fake activation of vas ( because i am a retailer of prepaid sim all companies since 2004 )
the good is every new scheme or vas is launch by airtel after that other operators
i mean in gujarats telecom history first time launch facilitates is…….
1.demo card for e recharge system first time we see in airtel after that hutch (vodafone)
2.gprs in prepaid first time
3 caller tunes first time in only airtel give to his customers
4 not right now but during 2004 to 2007 every new scheme like cheapest call rate is launch by airtel
i think many of customers are not know this quality of airtel
but in starting days of airtel in gujarat customer face bad network in gujarat and its frequency is 1800 mhz is main reason for its low popularity

Very poor practice by Airtel! I am very regret for ported to this operator. The network is very unprofessional and they detect the balance for unknown reason and never ever communicate with the customer. Very pathetic customer care – they intentionally do unprofessional things like disconnect the call in the middle and sometimes it doesn’t available.

Airtel Tamilnadu’s case here (below) :
If you call more than 2 times (even if call gets disconnected in the middle), the customer care access gets blocked even for 198. The same will apply if you call from other number. They keep blocking customers from calling them. Then why does this $%cking operator need customer care persons?. Shameless customer care people.

I am not from Mumbai. But try MTNL first.
First of all do manual network search from yout mobile’s options. Then see which operators and all are displaying. If your friends nearby use SIM from all the GSM operators there, get each of their SIM for 2 hours and insert it in your handset and see the signal strength (or let them be in your friends’ handset and check).

AIRTEL is an Idiotic Operator, Mainly Because of The Following Reasons.
1. Network Coverage & Quality – Available in all Rural Areas But Quality is Extremely Bad in Karnataka Which is Operating on GSM 900 MHz.
2.Unwanted VAS Deduction – Airtel Back End Team are Useless, Making Unwanted Balance Deductions By Activating Caller Tunes, Cricket Alerts.
3. Useless CC Executives – Airtel Professionals are Not Professionalized and They are Using Low Level Language I.E.Foul Language
4. Network Congestion – Airtel is The Most Congested Network in Karnataka. No Network Most of The Times in My Mobile.

Airtel professionals are not useless they are paid salary and they are kept only for deducting money from your main balance by activating VAS packs,then they block your customer care even you call twice in a day,I do not know what TRAI is doing to control them.Even today trai has no Email address for lodging complaints against these operators,who are always there to steal balance from your mobile account

Just Imagine how many customers notice the unauthorized balance deduction or goto their shitty CC person/Office to complain ,thats the reason they intentionally block the customer call to customercare…. Dont forget Airtel Slogan – “Express YourSelf”..?

Company is Not Favourable as Airtel Has Gone Worst in Karnataka Than That of Aircel.
Nowadays Airtel is Planting More Number of Towers in Karnataka I.E. Airtel Karnataka’s Operating Frequency is 900MHz and Aircel Karnataka’s Operating Frequency is 1800MHz, But Airtel’s Network Frequency Quality Has Gone Worst Such That it is Deploying BTS More Than That of Aircel.
For Example Aircel is Having 18 BTS in My Hometown and Airtel is Having 36 BTS
For Each and Every 36 Areas Airtel is Having Single BTS,
Whereas Aircel’s Single BTS Covers 2-3 Areas That Means Aircel Covers 36 BTS Within 15 – 18 BTS.

What i do? Airtel do per month with me. I gussa. What i do? Airtel chor co. My money minus more after use internet. Me call my Friends not purchase airtel chor co. Sim. My friend call me, me not reachable, what i do? Last me not happy by airtel.

Is your existing number old more than 90 days?. If yes, you can change.
Type PORT your_mobile_number and send it to 1900.

That Means His Balance is Getting Deducted By Airtel Company Through Value Added Services and He Made a Call To The Customer Care Regarding His Problem, One Women Received his call and Said it was his Mistake and When His Friend Tried to Make a Call For His Mobile The IVR Told That His Number is Not Reachable

Airtel has the most expensive tariffs in india and same goes with 3G. I m waiting for TATA DOCOMO GSM services to be launched in delhi in the march end and they have the best tariffs so all operators will get tough competitions

Booster pack benefits in 2010 :
1) Rs.195 – On net local – Rs.0.10, Offnet local mobile : Rs.0.30 and local landline : Rs.0.50. Tariff validity : 90 days.
2) Rs.225 – Same as Rs.195 + 3000 all India SMS free per month for 3 months.
During 2011 year last :
> Rs.195 booster discontinued.
1) Rs.225 benefits same as in (2) above.
During the beginning of 2012 :
> SMS benefits cancelled in Rs.225 booster and landline call rate was increased to Rs.0.90.
Middle of 2012 :
> Rs.225 booster pack was discontinued
2012 year last :
Booster pack rate increased to Rs.325 without landline calling benefit. Local on net mobile at Rs.0.10 and offnet mobiles at Rs.0.30.
All call rates are mentioned according to per minute pulse rate.

worst and 3 rd class provider same goes to idea and Vodafone these operators are only good for network coverage but not user-friendly like aircel cheap rates these operators should be avoided by many people and students in airtel when you recharge with 30 min 3g pack after 30 min is over and you disconnect the 3g mode and select 2g mode the also they deduct whole money from your balance plz don’t go for airtel 30min 3g packs they loot the customers and became number one in India these is my personal experience i have faced these horrible experience many many time
