Why all operators are neglecting their post paid customers? They continue to be charged as per their plan and there is no reduction in STD cost. Most of these post paid customers have been with the brand for long time but most of them now feel cheated….loyalty doesn’t mean benifit. Telephone operators are worried about new customers only.

Reliance is the only player who has similar plan for post and prepaid customers.
