virgin-mobile-std-1paisaThe Mobile Tariff war continues and now its Virgin Mobile who has come up with less then 1p STD. Virgin Mobile claims that “This offer is unlike any other you’ve ever come across. No packs, no recharge, no commitments, no worries”.

Virgin mobile is offering STD calls less than 1p/sec based on 50p/min, no need to pick up a pack or a recharge to get your hands on this brilliant offer - now you can chat with your best buds even if they’re in the next state or 3 states away for less than 1p/sec based on 50p/min!




The plan is simple: a subscriber gets STD pulse @50p/min and also it won’t require any recharge pack every month to maintain this tariff, the only recharge applicable is in case any existing customer with a different plan wants to change his plan from the previous one to this special offer.

Terms and conditions associated with it

• For the first 3 STD minutes of the day, your calls will be charged @ Rs. 1.5/min. From the 4th STD minutes onwards, you will be charged 50p/min

• STD calls @ less than 1p/sec based on 50p/min are subject to a maximum of 60 mins per day

• Virgin Mobile subscribers on the existing 'Bak Bak' plan who want to switch to this plan can do so with a recharge of Rs.14. (This recharge also offers full talktime after Tax deduction)

•New 'Bak Bak' subscribers can switch to an existing 'Bak Bak' profile through a recharge of Rs.13 (This recharge also offers full talktime after tax deduction).
