its gr8 plan by mtnl, in mumbai only mtnl provide lowest call charges without any monthly commitment. mtnl sms charges are also lower from all other service provider.

@JAY, MTNL SMS Charages are MTNL to MTNL local sms at 5 paisa and MTNL to other local sms at 50p, National and Preimium SMS at Rs.1.
After one year subscriber can choose his/her plan from any of mtnl trump prepaid plan.
