Poll: MNP In India One Year of Completion are Customers HappyMNP is a year old today the much awaited customer centric service was launched back in 20th Jan 2011 for Indian mobile customers with which most of customers were benefited from this and few of there faced concerns.

If you remember we also did a Pre Poll MNP analysis which gave us a sleek idea which operator will be in a bigger risk of losing customer in the first phase and the results also matched with the official stats which was out.




One of our dedicated team mate DB then decided to come up with MNP user experience page which was first of its kind in the web which highlighted issues while porting out time taken to port out operators who were acting fussy towards customers and we decided to bring in one page we got overwhelming response from readers .

Most of the customers who opted for MNP were not happy due to various issue who again went back to the previous operator due to various reason.Today after the one year of completion of MNP we now ask you is MNP a hit or a flop are customers happy do share your views via comments.
