    Dear
    I am the very first few who got BPL mobile service in 1995 & since then I have been OK using this service reasonably well . But I find in last few years 3 yrs or so the services are too too bad & dissatisfying , frustration.People managing the mobile Galleries in Loop are too argumentative /hostile -be that Loop mobile or Airtel .
    Recently I was at S’pore Airshow & on 12th/13th Feb they have charged me about Rs 23000/- though I have not used at-all www at-all & this looks like some kind of collusion / fraud /imprudent charge After 20 yrs I like to migrate to some other service provider– too bad . No body responds . No email given to complain. Horrible . I hope some body some day will wake up & respond.

    Since 3 Month I am trying to get my SIM Card Back & every time same old Store

    These people are Frustrated
    • Mr. Vinod & One of Manager – 67677737 (My Life was cool & these people started problem)
    Note: I have Lost My SIM Card and amount has paid as per process
    • Borvali W Miss Rachna & cell No 9870333819 ( Branch you should remove such people & take action immediately )
    • Customercare not at give me solution correctly

    Now I have feeling frustration and required your final View ASAP

    Otherwise I am planning to go consumer court

    Signal strength of Loop Mobile very good but Loop only exist in Bombay circle that the reason roaming is costly and cant recharge/pay bill out side of Bombay.

    They belongs to BPL – Below Poverty Line !

    It clearly seems to be an Aftereffect of MNP Fear…… All these are pure diversional tactics….. Move just a few meters away from their store at Inorbit vashi… their network is a total bull-shit around …. They have been operating in only one circle and that too they have lots of Dead areas… Very very crappy Network in Bombay and an even worse Customer care…. even their Head of Customer Service Delivery can’t solve the Network Issue after repeated complaints…. Never make the mistake of using their services… Loop Mobile is out for a severe Lashing by majority of its 3 million distressed users once MNP gets in place.

    Positive effect of MNP.

    Please go back for year, its helpline was very bad, to get gprs setting subscribers need to visit their website, to speak with CC executive subscribers need to wait on hold more than 15mins even in midnight. After that you are not able to satisfied with thier answer. Now most of the subscribers left Loop & switched to Aircel, DOcomo & Trump. Now it’s impossible to satisfy subscribers by offering only one store out of Mumbai area.

    Few days I visited the Loop Mobile gallery. It is located at Inorbit Mall. Nicely decorated and everywhere they used purple color. Even the dresses of the executive working have purple color.
