Intex has unveiled the Aqua Power+, which is another addition to the Aqua series and also the successor to the Aqua Power HD that was launched sometime back.
The Aqua Power+ features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) screen, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and has 16GB of internal storage, further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, along with a 5-megapixel front camera. In terms of connectivity, it supports Dual SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone comes pre-loaded with applications such as, Clean master Maxthon browser, Truecaller, Sashakt, One Drive, Flashlight, OLX, Go to reach service, News hunt, FOTA, Matrabhasa, and many more apps.
The Aqua Power+ is available for a price of Rs. 8,999 and it has been packaged with a free smart flip cover. Reliance retail will be selling the device initially, as confirmed by Intex. The device will be rivaling against other big battery smartphones such as, Xolo Q3000, Lenovo A5000, Gionee Marathon, and Lava Iris Fuel 60.
