Idea Cellular is all set to launch its GSM operation in Jammu and Kashmir.Idea is set to cover eight districts of J&K initially with its 3G ready 2.75 Edge GSM Network. Idea Cellular is working on a detailed strategy for a commercial launch of its Mobile services in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The Mobile service code (MSC) for Idea Cellular Jammu & Kashmir is 90860-90869 and the Customer Care number will be the 9086012345 .
According to Anish Roy, chief operating officer of Idea Cellular for Punjab, J&K and Himachal Pradesh Idea Cellular will hopefully roll out its services in J&K within few months. The CEO said that a careful strategy is being chalked out for J&K which is largely captured by BSNL followed by Airtel.
