  • vishnu November 17, 2010 11:21 pm

    bsnl or any other operators cannot decrease the call rates for now.all these companies are making loses ,for the big private players telecom sector is for converting their black money in to white.i will advocate for bsnl as its a state owned one .why bother giving to ambani or tata .

  • gautham October 25, 2010 1:18 pm

    cdma is the best

  • Raghu October 9, 2010 12:17 am

    @lee
    yes i too do not understand the reason why john does not like low end phones. CDMA is more powerful when compared to GSM.

  • lee October 8, 2010 6:27 pm

    @Raghu
    even i am using a low end 1, superb. But i don’t no wat’s wrong with john?

  • Raghu October 8, 2010 6:06 pm

    @lee
    i have also used low end phones but the voice clarity is superb.

  • lee October 8, 2010 5:50 pm

    @Anbu John Boban
    i no. D bundled set not so good, especially the low end one’s. May b try a good high end 1.

  • Anbu John Boban October 8, 2010 5:34 pm

    @lee
    hmmmm… i hate cdma phones comes bundled with handset

  • lee October 8, 2010 5:25 pm

    @Raghu
    that’s d reason why i had brought a rcdma. Superb voice clearity

  • Raghu October 8, 2010 12:59 pm

    @Anbu John Boban
    u didnt get me. i mentioned that RCDMA with 1 signal has good clarity but not on RGSM

  • Amit.g October 8, 2010 12:24 pm

    @Arjun
    ya uninor’s net speed is very worst in all parts of india. if this continues like tat then it will loose its existing customers also

  • Arjun October 8, 2010 12:09 pm

    @Amit.g
    It’s Net speed(UNINOR) is Very Bad Comparing to Uninor. Aircel and DOCOMO are far Better than this

  • Renish October 8, 2010 11:32 am

    @ Ragu & Anbu John Boban

    You are right Ragu

    I used Reliance GSM, In Reliance GSM there is a lot of fluctuation signals, suddenly jumps from 1 signal to full signals and vice-versa, call clarity worst on RGSM.

  • Anbu John Boban October 8, 2010 11:14 am

    @Raghu
    he he :) i dont feel so… we get superior clarity even in 1bar of the signal :D

  • Amit.g October 8, 2010 11:13 am

    @Arjun
    No arjun ppl will hardly shift to uninor bcos still uninor has not covered 60% of karnataka and those idiots say in face book tat they have seamless network in all 13circles. even ter gprs is slowest. have u checked speed of uninor?

  • Raghu October 8, 2010 10:34 am

    @Anbu John Boban
    the problem with Reliance CDMA/GSM there is a lot of fluctuation in signals. it suddenly jumps from 1 signal to full signals and viceversa but the call clarity is good even though if it is 1 signal we will be able to talk nicely on RCDMA but not on RGSM.

  • Anbu John Boban October 8, 2010 9:49 am

    @Amit.g

    reliance is the best :) i simply luv it :D

  • Keshav Jha October 8, 2010 9:25 am

    Again not a good plan. Why BSNL is not lowering the tarrif simply? The FnF plan part in the post became confusing.

  • Arjun October 8, 2010 9:16 am

    @amit.g
    Yes that’s true which you had given the info above. But i Can guess 99% Idea Cellular Will Lose it’s Base in Karnataka and Kerala after MNP Because of New Entrants Like DOCOMO, UNINOR, AIRCEL and State owned Operator BSNL MOBILE

  • Amit.g October 8, 2010 7:27 am

    @Raghu
    80% no bcos even market analysts say tat mnp wont lure customers of old players. it s expected tat only 15% of customers may shift to other new operators. still ppl dont trust new entrants since they dont provide seamless coverage. A SURVEY CONDUCTED ON MOBILE USERS SAY TAT 80% OF PPL WANT GOOD NETWORK AND COVERAGE THAN CHEAP TARIFF.

  • Anbu John Boban October 8, 2010 6:23 am

    @Raghu
    hope they will launch it depends upon the market :D .. if they launch r8 now …. it will be useful for MNP :)

  • Anbu John Boban October 8, 2010 6:22 am

    @hariprasad
    reliance are not fool to sell their network as they have selled cores and crores of rupees for fiber optic and other things.

    @Amit.g
    i was getting single of etislat when i search in manual one month back :D now no signal no news abt

  • Raghu October 8, 2010 12:45 am

    @Amit.g
    so loop ,cheers are not going to launch?

  • Amit.g October 7, 2010 11:40 pm

    @Anbu John Boban
    They have got licence n spectrum also but they are not going to launch as they got to know tat now with almost 14players per circle will kill their profit n will end up with losses.
    CHEERS VIDEOCON(yet to launch states) LOOP ARE WORRIED ABT THIS

  • Amit.g October 7, 2010 11:35 pm

    @hariprasad
    they are planning to buy 25% stake in reliance

  • hariprasad October 7, 2010 11:29 pm

    i saw in newspaper that etisalat is planning to buy reliance…

  • hariprasad October 7, 2010 11:26 pm

    i saw cheers mobile billboard in ernakulam…but no signal is being shown on mobile…

  • lee October 7, 2010 10:01 pm

    @Anbu John Boban
    how did u no.?

  • Anbu John Boban October 7, 2010 9:23 pm

    @lee

  • Anbu John Boban October 7, 2010 8:54 pm

    @lee

  • velu October 7, 2010 8:32 pm

    @altaf

  • lee October 7, 2010 7:08 pm

    @Anbu John Boban
    not oly in tn, in kerala also same offers, free sim’s. . .

  • Kerala October 7, 2010 6:56 pm

    want this plan in kerala… also want unlimited night call offer like other service providers!

  • Anbu John Boban October 7, 2010 6:32 pm

    as far now the plan is not famous in Tamilnadu… Today i walk through the coimbatore city .. i was astonished all shops have banner – free airtel sim , Talktime 380, 1ps/sec,2gb internet free for one month.. what a idea to sell a brand ? :D

  • lee October 7, 2010 5:45 pm

    “En nanban” when r u coming to kerala?

  • riju October 7, 2010 5:45 pm

    the per second billing is not a best plan when comparing to per minute plan.because now in every network in per billing plan call rate is 50ps/min.

  • riju October 7, 2010 5:42 pm

    good plan but need minimum 1000 free sms and other network charge 1p/s

  • riju October 7, 2010 5:39 pm

    good plan

  • mayur October 7, 2010 5:24 pm
