Vi Wi-Fi Calling Features
You can get seamless indoor coverage even in poor network zones if you have Wi-Fi calling enabled and are a Vi customer living in an area where Wi-Fi calling from the telco is available. The call quality would become the best (given your Wi-Fi is stable), and you won't have to face issues such as call drops and more. As long as you have a Wi-Fi connection, you can make calls from any part of your home. Note that you must have an active base prepaid plan or a postpaid plan with a voice-calling benefit to make the call in the first place.

Not only can you make calls, but you can also receive calls over Wi-Fi. Vodafone Idea's Wi-Fi calling doesn't work on all devices, so to check whether your device has support for it or not, you can go to the official website of Vi or reach out to the company's customer care team. Note that you don't really need to pay anything extra to get Wi-Fi calling from Vi. All you need is a base active prepaid plan from the company, and you are all set to go if you have enabled Wi-Fi calling and live in a coverage zone where Wi-Fi calling is available.
However, if you are not on an unlimited voice calling pack, then you will be charged the standard rate for making the call. You also need to ensure that in your device settings, VoLTE is active.
