The subscriber who creates a party line gets full control over party line like you can make your party lines private or public but you have full rights like who should join if a user is interested in joining your party line a request will be sent to the moderator of the party line all it take is to just dial one number and get connected to all your friends. Every call you make to party line will cost you Rs 1.50 per minute in case of SMS for starting or modifying a party line it will be charged at regular SMS rates as per your plan each party line can have a maximum of 5 friends.
