Truecaller, the platform for verifying unknown contacts, announced on Friday that it has surpassed 400 million monthly active users (MAUs) on the Android operating system as of December 24. The company's total user base now exceeds 433 million, having added more than 57 million users in 2024 alone.

Truecaller Growth in 2024
"Truecaller continues to grow rapidly in many geographic markets and the total user base has grown with more than 57 million users during 2024 and has now surpassed 433 million users in total," the caller ID verification company announced on December 27.
"Our geographical footprint is growing each day, and the development in our targeted growth markets is strong. We're thrilled at achieving this milestone and we look forward to serving the next 400 million Android users," said the Chief Product Officer and incoming CEO of Truecaller.
Global Markets Drive User Expansion
"India remains a strong growth market, adding around 37 million users. However, the relative growth in other regions is even stronger, with an increase of 20 million users globally in 2024," Truecaller said, adding that it will continue to report user metrics on a quarterly basis in its interim financial reports.
