Telenor is Offering Industry’s Best 4G Data Plans; Unlimited Internet for One Day at Rs. 11

Telenor hasn’t got much fanfare in the country, but their offerings certainly are attractive always. It was recently reported that the Norway-based company was reportedly in talks with Bharti Airtel to sell off their Indian unit, but there is no stopping for the company till then.

There’s no fact denying that Telenor has a tiny 4G base in India. Having said that, the operator provides services in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle. With this seemingly increasing craze for Reliance Jio and 4G networks in India, Telenor for the circle mentioned above is offering an attractive plan that is priced at just Rs. 11.

Yes, there is a plan for Rs. 11 in which the operator is offering free 4G data for one complete day. And, the best part is there is no data limit. It’s truly unlimited for one entire day. Also, the company is offering 6GB of 4G data for just Rs. 239 in the same areas.

If this offer is enough to lure you, then some of the customers are getting an exclusive offer from Telenor officially. That said, customers who ever recharges with Rs. 57 will receive 1GB of 4G data valid for 28 days. There’s another offer of Rs. 98 and that is offering 2GB of 4G data with the same validity period of 28 days.

These are not bad offers, though like every other operator in the country is stealing your pockets for 1GB of 4G data. We have already reported which operator is currently offering the cheapest 4G data plan.

As said earlier, Telenor has a minuscule 4G base in India, but that doesn’t mean that the network speeds are terrible. According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) database of speed tests, Telenor is leading the list in terms of upload speeds, which is quite surprising. Also, Telenor is standing at number three position in terms of download speeds, right behind the new entrant Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel.

It’s quite evident that Telenor is offering good 4G data speeds and industry’s cheapest data speeds as well. Good going, Telenor.

They are just dragging their business on 2G, are desperate to sell off and go.

telenor looks like a shitty operator. Bough sim yesterday in Pune to find out there is not 3G here forget about 4G. There is no info on their website where they have 3g and 4g. Only number of cities they cover. Only god and they know whats use of the number. I am surprised they are still in the business.

No doubt they are the best . Only thing is the system (India politics) didn’t work for them.

Its like a train has a limited seating capacity some have to get off out,,,,,, Govt would have not Telenor enter as it was already crowded market 5 years,,,,, bad timing for Telenor.

Their plans are always the most simplest one and better than all the other telecom in India. But then the issue is with their network. They have pathetic 2g internet service. No 3G, plus 4g expansion is also too slow. Wish if they service in India because I am a Telenor customer atleast for talking.

Atleast where ever they have 4g they provide good stable unlimited download. Not like other tsp. And we all know telenor is bleeding . They are not having investment. They are the once who have the technology (check the speed on there narrown band and seriously a very good optimised network) but they don’t have the investment thus they have no future in India provided that only Norway telenor (parent company) takes some bold speed but that not going to happen we all know .

I am using telenor from last 6-7 years and it is my only cellular operator which I use. I always impressed with telenor plans . Its 4G download speed in my area is around 4-5 mbps. but upload speed is around 120 kbps (90% of time).
But I am happy with its highly affordable plans.
Recently I bought LYF phone for my sister but The download speed in jio sim is horrible. Many times even google.com is unreachable.

I live in Haridwar and while traveling to nearby cities speed and network is stable no lagging while calling but 4G converts to 2G in highways but as I entered to cities it changes 4G again so experience is good.
