Revision in Tata Sky Annual Flexi Plan Details

To recall, the Tata Sky Annual Flexi plan offers one month of extra balance to the subscribers of Tata Sky when they recharge their Tata Sky account with full 12 months of the monthly rental. For example, if your monthly rental for a Tata Sky connection is Rs 400, then you would have to deposit Rs 4,800 for the entire year to be eligible for Tata Sky’s Annual Flexi Plan. Now according to the older policy of Tata Sky Annual Flexi offer, the subscribers received additional credit in their account at the end of 12 months. Meaning that once their account was exhausted, they received credits from Tata Sky for one extra month of service. However, this is where the new change comes in.

Tata Sky has announced that it will be crediting the extra one month of balance to the subscribers account within 48 hours of recharging. This means that as soon as customers of Tata Sky credit their Tata Sky account with 12 months of rental, they will get the extra one month of credit within 48 hours only. The Tata Sky subscribers will be able to use this credited amount for any Tata Sky service in the meantime. The significant advantage for the consumers opting for the Annual Flexi Plan would be that they would not have to wait for the entire year to receive the benefits of this offer.

No Benefit for Existing Annual Flexi Offer Recipients

It is also worth noting that the subscribers who have already credited their account with the entire 12 months worth of recharge under the older policy will receive the credit at the end of the 12 month period only. However, the new subscribers who opt-in for the Annual Flexi Plan now will be eligible for benefits within 48 hours. Tata Sky has also noted that the subscribers will be able to receive this benefit once every 24 hours, no matter if they recharge with 12 months worth of credit or more.
