GIC, Brookfield Infrasturcture Completely Acquire Reliance Jio Tower Portfolio

GIC, a sovereign wealth fund established by the Government of Singapore on Tuesday said that it has acquired a 100% stake in a tower company from Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited. The transaction from GIC was made alongside Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and other co-investors.
