HFCL Infotel Limited’s telecom venture ‘Ping Mobile’ was the first telcom company in India to innovate the concept of offering “Per second Tariff” way back in September 2007 at the time of the launch of its mobile service in Punjab and Chandigarh, to enable the subscribers to Pay-Per-use-basis, informed Mr. Sanjay Bahl, Spokesperson PING Mobile

At the moment none of the CDMA or GSM telecom companies operating in Punjab have introduced this tariff plan, which remains the highlight of the company’s offerings since beginning, Mr. Bahl said.
