IDEA Cellular, the pan-India and fastest growing GSM mobile operator has expanded its presence in Jammu & Kashmir by launching its services in 9 major Districts in the Valley. In addition to its best selling ‘Pay in Paisa 60’ plan, IDEA has now launched a special CUG Pack offering highly subsidized call rate of 18 paisa per minute within a group, at a nominal rental of Rs. 18 per month.
