Gionee is making constant inwards in the smartphone arena in India and after launching the flagship devices is working on strengthening its mid range. Gionne M2 has quietly gone on sale in India for Rs 11,123 through e-commerce retailer Snapdeal and it comes with decent specifications for the price tag. Let us have a look at its specifications:

Gionee-M2

  • 4GB internal storage which can be further expanded by another 32GB with a microSD card
  • 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front shooter

Gionee is trying to establish itself as a slightly premium smartphone company as compared to the likes of the Micromax, Karbonn, Lava and a slew of other manufacturers. The M2 comes across as a good device with a really good battery back up and in this age when smartphones usually don't last a day on a single charge, the M2 is expected to last about a couple of days. So if you are always on the go, the M2 accounts for a good device.
