Celkon is one of those few smartphone OEMs who launch a wide array of budget smartphones to help give themselves a strong footing in the budget smartphone segment. A new smartphone from Celkon,  the Millennia ME Q54+ has just gone on sale in the country for Rs 5,399.

Millennia ME Q54+ which will take charge of things from the Millennia ME Q54 and it has been listed on Homehshop18. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and Celkon has promised a Lollipop upgrade for it too. The devices comes with a 5-inch FWVGA display and has a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU doing the processing.

  • Android 4.4 KitKat, will be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop

  • 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera
  • Dual SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio
  • 2,000 mAh battery

The device has been made available in white and black colours. It would be safe to assume that an official launch is coming soon.
