AMN Deploys Starlink Connectivity to Over 100 Rural Base Stations in Nigeria

Africa Mobile Networks (AMN) announced that it has successfully utilised SpaceX's Starlink constellation to provide satellite backhaul at more than 100 of its rural base stations in Nigeria so far. AMN expects to double this number before the end of the year. Starlink Now Available in 105 Countries

American wireless network provider Verizon has partnered with satellite communications provider Skylo to launch a commercial direct-to-device messaging service.
