Global: Vodafone UK to offer 4G by default, ditches 3G-only contracts

Vodafone asks for more time to stop using 111 as customer care number

Telecom regulatory authority of India had asked Vodafone to stop using the 111 number for its customer care services. TRAI directs Vodafone to stop using 111 number

The telecom regulator has issued an order directing Vodafone to stop using 111 number on its network. As per TRAI, Vodafone has violated national numbering plan which prohibits uses of numbers from 100-115 for operator services. Supreme court to hear Vodafone’s plea against reduced interconnection charges today
