BSNL SLASHES TARIFFS FOR GSM DATA CARDS

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (Calcutta Telephones) has slashed its tariffs for its GSM 2G Data Cards during this festive season. BSNL has revised the tariff applicable to unlimited data plan for use of GPRS/EDGE service with GSM 2G Data Cards. CALCUTTA TELEPHONES WITHDRAWN SMS PACKS

If you are a Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) customer in Kolkata and use low cost SMS packs, its a bad news. Calcutta Telephones, i.e. Kolkata circle of BSNL had withdrawn the SMS packs. BANGALORE TO GET BSNL 3G IN JULY

BSNL is all set to lauch its 3G service in Bangalore by mid july but the commercial lauch is expected by end of December. Bangalore will be the second city in South India to get 3G mobile services from BSNL after Chennai, where the service was launched in February this year.
