Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a state-run Indian telecom operator, has partnered with OTTplay to launch BiTV service throughout India. The pilot launch took place only for Pondicherry. Now, it has been followed with a PAN-India launch. With the BiTV service, BSNL aims to offer its mobile users internet TV service directly on their smartphones. Users will get access to 450+ live TV channels, which also includes premium channels.
With this launch, BSNL BiTV users can access content from OTT (over-the-top) platforms like Bhaktiflix, Kanccha Lannka, STAGE, Shortfundly, OM TV, Playflix, Fancode, Hubhopper, Distro, and Runn TV in addition to 450+ live TV channels.

How to Access BiTV for BSNL Mobile Users
Users will have to log in to this portal - https://fms.bsnl.in/iptvreg. Then the user will choose his/her respective state, enter registered mobile number and submit the OTP for activating the service. Then users will download the OTTplay app from the link received on the SMS or they can directly download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then users can just log in through their registered mobile number.
